[ENHANCED] Improve layout of Job details panel for simpler job creation🔥

Enjoy a more user-friendly experience and streamline your workflow with the improved Job details panel! This enhancement will save you unnecessary clicks and offer a more focused view:

  • Centralized data presentation: Sections are merged to highlight key details.
  • Smoother loading experience: Your actions are responded with higher speed and efficiency.
  • Boosted productivity: Spend less time and fewer clicks in registering a job.

Here’s a closer look:

  • Sections are merged and temporarily hidden to present the key details for a clearer and more focused view.
    • Editing job details require less time and fewer clicks thanks to the merged sections.
    • As no information is hidden from view, the “Show all fields/Hide empty fields” function is removed.
    • The Form properties section only appears if the job has an applicable form.
  • Loading experience is smoother.
    • Whether you’re editing and saving in various sections or copying a job, the improved Job details panel is expected to respond with speed and efficiency.

[ENHANCED] Assign a project to multiple equipment :fire:

Managing and tracking a large number of equipment has been simplified with the ability to assign project to multiple equipment at once in the Equipment module. Let’s explore how it works in the Equipment module:

  • Select one or more equipment that you want to work with.
  • On the toolbar, click on Edit → Edit all projects.
  • Choose the project(s) that the selected equipment belong to → Save.
  • In case you’d like to remove project(s) from multiple equipment, repeat the steps above and remove relevant project(s).

[ENHANCED] Filter and display equipment list with new “Projects” field

For a clear and comprehensive view of equipment statuses, choose a specific project as a display field, filter criterion, grouping and even sorting option in the Equipment module.

[ENHANCED] Set location for equipment under external rental projects

Elevate your control of delivered equipment under rental projects with the new Renter location field in the Rental module. You can use it to set location for externally rented equipment when it is delivered.
How it works:

  • By default, the Renter location is not assigned.
  • When a location of the renter (the company which rents your equipment) is selected, upon equipment delivery, the equipment’s location is automatically updated based on the current Renter location.

Important note:
Only when the Project type is External will the Renter location field appear.

[ENHANCED] Add Contact and Owner’s Equipment ID to the product’s rules

Increase data consistency in equipment creation and delivery with 2 extra fields in the product’s rules: Contact and Owner’s equipment ID.

[ENHANCED] Group job list by “Job date” for better inspection management

Easily organize the job list with the Job date grouping option in the new Jobs module for a clearer and more comprehensive job list view.

  • The supported layouts include both the Table and Split layouts.
  • In addition to grouping manually in each job list view, you can set a grouping option in your own view.
  • That’s not all; grouping by job date is also visible in your exports and dashboard widgets, ensuring a consistent experience across different functionalities.

[ENHANCED] Expanded filter options for tracking a job’s checklist progress

Improve your visibility and clarity over a long list of inspections with 4 options of Checklist progress: Uncompleted, Completed, Not shared, No checklist - available as display fields, filter criteria, grouping and sorting options.

Specifically, in the job list view, you can view checklist progress ranging from 0% to 100%, providing a clearer reflection of completion status. On the other hand, the values Not shared and No checklist also make sure you’re well-informed in case a job has no checklist or the checklist is hidden from your view.

[ENHANCED] Reset all job filters quickly in one click

Resetting all your job filters is just a click away in the Jobs module and enjoy a simplified daily workflow and elevated efficiency. Simply click on the Clear all button and the magic happens. No need to worry about pressing Apply afterward—the filters reset instantly.

[ENHANCED] Sync suggestion list of “Produced acc. to” field

Enjoy a synchronized experience across the 3 Onix products as data presentation of the Produced acc. to field is well-adapted to Onix Work, Onix Inspect, and Onix Worker.

BEFORE

Selecting multiple Produced acc. to values from the suggestion list in Onix Work is not intuitive. In addition, if Onix Worker and Onix Inspect users input multiple values, the data is incorrectly synced to Onix Work as a single long text, causing inconsistency and imprecision.

NOW

Experience a synchronized experience across the 3 Onix products! You can seamlessly add new values by typing and separating them with a comma; the data will then be seamlessly presented in Onix Work as individual values.

Get a more focused list of results when searching for exact matches with the keyword, boosting data accuracy and saving valuable time!
