[ENHANCED] Properties are now showing as Display Fields in your view

You can see your equipment properties directly in your view: both Table and Split layouts. To get properties to be shown as Display fields, you have to set them up in the Views settings.

  • Make sure your current view is NOT a STANDARD view.
  • Click Edit current view and go to the Display fields section.
  • Click Add a property and select the property that you want to show in the view
  • Save

IMPORTANT : If your equipment DOESN’T HAVE that property, the property will be shown as (Not available)

[ENHANCED] Increase the number of display fields in the Table layout to 30

We have now increased the number of display fields in your table layout up to 30, giving you more flexibility and control over your equipment data.

[ENHANCED] The ability to copy fields to clipboard

Copying your equipment information in the Table layout is now much easier! Here’s how:

  • Right-click on the data field → Click on Copy to clipboard
  • Paste it to other applications by right-clicking and Paste , or pressing Ctrl + V on your keyboard.

[ENHANCED] Add more additional fields when you create a new equipment

Many additional information fields are now available for you to input in when you create a new equipment.

[ENHANCED] Search by multiple control categories in the Issues module

Filter your issues with one, two, or even many more Control Categories. Here’s how:

  • Click on the arrow icon to expand the Search this view panel
  • Enable the Control Category search by clicking on the Gear icon below Search this view title and select Control category.
  • Then click OK
  • Now you can search for your issues with the Control categories filter.

[ENHANCED] Filter by multiple control categories in all Issues widgets - Dashboards module

Filter your issues with one, two, or even many more Control Categories to create data charts and statistics with the Dashboards module. Here’s how:

  • Go to the Dashboards module
  • Set up or Edit your widgets related to Issues
  • You will see the control categories filter directly in the widget setups



[ENHANCED] A new way to log in into Onix Inspect

Onix Inspect is now enhanced with a new Logging interface. You can now sign in using your Microsoft account as well.

You MUST have the internet connection to log in to your account. If you log out when you are in the offline mode, there will be a warning message.
