View dashboards and data in Onix Worker

Dashboards in Onix Worker display the same data as in Onix Work. Viewing dashboards in Onix Worker keeps you and your team updated with the latest equipment insights right from your mobile phone, in particular:

  • Seamless collaboration: Share dashboards from Onix Work and ensure your team is on the same page.
  • Improved efficiency: Identify trends and insights in your equipment data to make informed decisions.
  • Easy navigation: Access and interpret equipment data in one place.

1. VIEW DASHBOARDS IN ONIX WORKER

Each dashboard contains widgets that are predefined in Onix Work.

  • To zoom in a widget, click on its Expand icon → The widget will expand to full screen.
  • Onix Worker currently supports viewing 6 types of widgets:
    • Equipment from view
    • Image
    • Issues by control category and due date
    • Issues by control category and status
    • Issues by customers
    • Issues by status
    • Number of issues

Actions you can perform in Dashboards module:

  • At the bottom of the screen, tap on Dashboards button.
  • Switch dashboards: Click on the dashboard’s name → Choose from a list of available dashboards.
  • Refresh the dashboard to see latest data: Tap on the icon refresh icon.
  • Pin a dashboard so that it appears first the next time you access Onix Worker: Click on the 3-dot icon on the top right → Pin this dashboard.

2. VIEW DRILL-DOWN DATA

To break down further into each widget, use drilldowns to get a more detailed view of the selected value from any widget.

  • In a chart, click on any slice to view the data behind it.
  • You will be directed to the relevant module with relevant filters. For example:
    • If the chart shows the issues by control category and status and you click on the R4 - RC slice, you will be directed to the Issues module and see a list of relevant issues.
    • NOTE: The Issues by control category and due date chart has 2 levels of drilldowns.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only access drilldowns of your company. If any chart contains data of multiple companies, you will see INCORRECT data.

3. SHARE DASHBOARDS FROM ONIX WORK TO ONIX WORKER

PRIVILEGE NEEDED:

  • You need FULL ACCESSS privilege in Dashboards module to add, edit, or delete a dashboard.

To share dashboards to Onix Worker:

  • Open a dashboard in the Dashboards module.
  • Click on the Configure icon → Choose Show on Onix Worker.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Onix Worker users can only access drilldowns of their company. If any chart contains data of multiple companies:

  • A warning banner about drilldown limitation is displayed in Onix Work.
  • When Onix Worker users click on a chart’s slice, they will see incorrect data.
