Wish for next release:
Would be great to have the opportunity to create pdf-files for selected order lines in Onix Work/ order module. As it is now we can create for all order lines/the hole order. Sometimes we need a pdf for only some of the order lines.

Thank you for sharing your product idea with us. The concept is clear, and we are still prioritizing it for upcoming releases. We will notify you as soon as this idea is selected for a release.
From another perspective, I have a question: Would it be acceptable to receive the PDF files individually, instead of merging them into a single PDF as is done today? You could download a compressed .zip file containing these PDFs, following a structured folder/filename convention.
In other words, could you please explain why merging all files into one PDF is necessary, if that’s your preference? What would be your next steps after receiving the merged file?
Your answers will help us better understand your needs and design a more effective solution.

A lot of our customers wants us to send the documents/certificates together with the goods/equipment, physically (not digital)
That is why we need to create a pdf- file. When we have processed the orderlines in Onix, we create a pdf-file and send this in an e-mail to our wearhouse. They will print the documents and pack it together with the goods before they are sending it all to the customer
Sometimes we need to create a pdf-file for all the orderlines and sometimes only for one, or a few of the orderlines, depending on which goods are to be sent.
So it would be great to have the opportunity to select wheter we want to create a pdf-file for all orderlines together or for only one or a few of them
Once in a while we have big orders with a lot of orderlines, for example order S035951
On this order our customer wants us to send a complete pdf-file for all the orderlines on e-mail, but on this order it is 421 pages of documents, and we are not able to create a pdf-file for all documents.
If it could be possible to create/download a zip-file directly from the ordermodule in Onix it would be good

In the Spring 2025 release, we’re introducing a new feature that allows users to generate PDF files for selected order lines within an order. This improvement replaces the current limitation of creating PDFs for the entire order and aims to make your workflow more efficient.
