Why can't I log in to my Express account?

Answer

The company who created your account might have cancelled their Onix Express license. This means

  • They are no longer deliver documents via Onix Work portal.
  • All the accounts of their Express companies cannot log in to Onix Work as they used to.

Workaround

  • Contact the representative of the company directly and request them to send over the documents
