Why can’t I load equipment on more than one device to carry out inspections?
if I lose a device, I lose all the work of that inspection.
The explanation of using one device at a time is that the whole inspection journey should be completed in one device, starting from download, create inspection and upload.
During that journey, if you download in a new device, your license key is updated - making pending data in other devices unable to upload.
To make sure your data is safety, we recommend that you usually back up your data and save the backup file to Cloud server (such as Google Drive, OneDrive), instead of saving to your device. In case your device is lost, you can download the backup file from Cloud and restore to your new device.
