At the moment, you cannot make new installations of Onix Tag or Onix Tool Store Windows apps. However, please rest assured that this incident does not affect currently installed apps.

  • Why it happens: The app’s certification unexpectedly expired, and it will take some time to get a new one from the authorized provider.
  • Recommendation: DO NOT UNINSTALL the Windows apps of Onix Tag or Onix Tool Store before the issue is resolved; otherwise you won’t be able to re-install them.
  • Estimated time of issue fixing: Though the issue is highly unlikely to be resolved before Tuesday, 24.10.2023, our team is actively working to ensure normal functionality by Thursday, 02.11.2023. We will keep you informed of the progress in the comment section.
