Starting 27.09.2024, we will no longer support the ClickOnce version of Onix Inspect Windows. Moving forward, only the MSIX version will be supported as its technology ensures application management and installation stability.
After this date, you must install Onix Inspect MSIX version to continue downloading customer data and performing inspections.
If you are using the ClickOnce version, you will receive a prompt in the app to install the Onix Inspect MSIX version. If you do not have permission to install apps on your PC, please forward this information to your IT department.
How to upgrade to Onix Inspect MSIX
- On your computer, search and open Onix Inspect (Legacy) - this is the ClickOnce version that you’ve been using so far.
- Upload all pending inspections.
- After all pending inspections are uploaded, go to Onix Inspect MSIX Installation → Click Get the app and the installation file will be downloaded to your computer.
- Run the installation file → In the installation window, click Install.
Once the MSIX installation is complete, you can start using Onix Inspect Windows MSIX.
You might uninstall Onix Inspect (Legacy) - the unsupported ClickOnce version - after all pending inspections have been uploaded, and the MSIX installation has been completed.
