Is there any better way for us to send documents of multiple equipment to our customers?

We need to provide our customers with documents after doing inspections, however, we only want to send documents of some equipment that we inspected.

The document list report is now limited to 1 equipment only so we are trying to find a better alternative for this feature. Is there a better way for us to distribute documents of multiple equipment to our customers?

The answer is yes!
There’re 3 ways:

  • In the Equipment module, select wanted equipment → use the Send document feature.
  • In the Equipment module, select wanted equipment → Reports → Document list.
  • Distribute documents via Onix Express.
