1. What is Sandbox?
Sandbox is an isolated environment that replicates the functionalities of Production environment. Sandbox is especially helpful for onboarding new customers or users of your company and exploring features without affecting real data.
It is available for the following apps and platforms:
- Onix Work: https://sandbox.onix.com/
- Onix My Account: https://myaccount-sandbox.onix.com/
- Onix Worker (iOS, Android)

2. Log in to Sandbox environment
- In any app’s login screen, click on the Switch to Sandbox environment —> you will be redirected to Sandbox login screen.
- Enter the same email and password as in the Production environment —> Sign in.
For example, your Onix Work account in Production environment uses the address sample.xyz@onix.com
and the password 97531
. To sign in to Sandbox, you will enter sample.xyz@onix.com
and the password 97531
.
3. Restore data from Production
The data from Production environment will be backed up and restored to Sandbox server every 2 months. After each restoration, all changes made in Sandbox will be replaced with the new data from Production.
The data restoration schedule is updated frequently in Sandbox Environment and in Onix Work’s service message.
