Your Onix account’s login credentials can be used to sign in to the Onix Community.
A. Create a new Onix Community account
If you’re using Onix products (Onix Work, Onix Inspect, Onix Express, etc.), you have an Onix account whose login credentials can be used to set up the new Onix Community account.
Here’s how:
- In any site within Onix Community, click on the Log in button on the top right.
- At the login screen: Depending on your usual login method, fill in the Onix account’s email address and password OR sign in with Microsoft.
- Now you have successfully created a user account in Onix Community. In the future, you can always sign in again by repeating steps 1 and 2.
B. Not having any Onix account yet?
In case you do not have an existing Onix use account:
- In any site within Onix Community, click on the Log in button on the top right.
- At the login screen, click on Create an account → Fill in your email address → Continue.
- Check all of your mailboxes (including the Spam/Junk folder) for an email from our system → Follow its instructions to finish setting up the Onix user account.
- After you have successfully become an Onix user, follow the 3-step instructions in section A above to create a new Onix Community account.
C. Sign in to Onix Community
If you already have an Onix Community account:
- In any site within Onix Community, click on the Log in button on the top right.
- At the login screen: Depending on your usual login method, fill in the Onix account’s email address and password OR sign in with Microsoft.
