I have an employee who is no longer working for us. I need to have his user moved to inactive or deleted. How do i go about doing this?
- Go to Settings module → Users & roles.
- To set the account as “Inactive”:
- Open the user’s account → Change the status to “Contact only” or “Disabled” → Change the license to “None” → Click Save
- To delete the account:
- Open the user’s account → Delete → Confirm your choice and the contact information of that employee will be removed from everywhere.
