How to make user inactive or deleted

I have an employee who is no longer working for us. I need to have his user moved to inactive or deleted. How do i go about doing this?

  • Go to Settings module Users & roles.

  • To set the account as “Inactive”:
    • Open the user’s account → Change the status to “Contact only” or “Disabled” → Change the license to “None” → Click Save

  • To delete the account:
    • Open the user’s account → Delete → Confirm your choice and the contact information of that employee will be removed from everywhere.
