Important notes:
To edit a user’s email in Onix Work, you must be the company’s administrator.
You can only edit a user’s non-personal information as listed below:
- Email address and office phone number
- Location, department, position, and place (on form)
- Privileges section: Role, license, account status, and valid dates
- Other fields are personal information and can only be edited by the users themselves via Onix Account.
Here’s how to edit a user’s email:
- Go to Onix Work - Settings module → Select Users & Roles
- Find and select the wanted account → Change the account status to “Contact only” → Click on Save.
- From the user list, open the user again. Now the email field has become editable.
- Update the information → Change the account status to “Active” → Click on Save .
