In Spring release 2022, all mandatory checklists that are not linked to any control category and equipment are set to inactive. This effect to the checklist that was created before 21.01.2022.
Why does this happen?
Before Spring Release 2022, the behaviors when linking a mandatory inspection checklist and maintenance checklist are different
- The mandatory inspection checklist is not available if it is not linked to any control category or equipment
- The maintenance checklist is available for all equipment if it is not linked to any control category.
With Spring Release 2022, we want to simply this with one single rule applied for both kinds of checklist - which is
- The checklist is available for all equipment if it is not linked to any control category, product, and specific equipment.
- To limit its availability, please link it to specific control categories, products, or equipment.
