In Summer 2 Release 2023, we have improved the management of equipment’s status during quick inspection jobs.
BEFORE
- If a quick inspection job is performed on an inactive equipment, when the job is filed, the equipment’s status is automatically changed to Active. This required manual effort to adjust the equipment’s status.

In Settings - System setup - Delivery and job, a new option named Keep inactive equipment remaining inactive after the job is done is added:
If the option is ON:
- When filing quick inspection jobs :
- For inactive equipment:
- If the job status is OK: the equipment status remains inactive .
- If the job status is M: the equipment status becomes missing.
- If the job status is NC: the equipment status becomes scrapped.
- For active, scrapped or missing equipment:
- If the job status is OK: the equipment status becomes active .
- If the job status is M: the equipment status becomes missing.
- If the job status is NC: the equipment status becomes scrapped.
- For inactive equipment:
- When filing other jobs :
- For inactive equipment:
- Regardless of the job status, the equipment status remains inactive.
- For active, scrapped or missing equipment:
- Regardless of the job status: the equipment status becomes active.
