Long loading time and cannot save changes in the Equipment module of Onix Work

We’ve noticed some Onix Work users experiencing difficulties when saving changes in the Equipment module.

Specifically, when you press Save after editing information, for example adding comments, changing locations, etc., the loading time is longer than usual. Then you’re informed that the system fails to save your changes. As of now, this issue happens from time to time, especially becoming more noticeable towards the end of the workday.

Workaround

Please try closing Onix Work tab, then reopening it and editing the equipment again.
