All certificates, inspection reports, user manuals and other documents related to your own equipment, or external equipment that you are granted access to, can be found and displayed in Documents module.
1. Search with filters
- Enter relevant filters to search for documents. The Search button will not be enabled unless you insert the keywords.
- Pay attention to the criterion in each field:
- Start with -
: Search for documents whose fields’ values start with the keyword. This is also the default criterion. - Equals -
: Search for documents whose fields’ values are exactly the same as the keyword. - Contains -
: Search for documents whose fields’ values match the keyword partially or fully.

2. Search results
The search results list all documents of each document type.
- To see only the latest document from each document type connected to the equipment, select the checkbox Show only latest documentation at the bottom of Search Filter .
3. Preview document
- Select a document to preview.
- You can print the document directly from your browser or save it locally on your PC.
