How do I remove equipment from our database?

I am informed that the equipment has active connections in the database and can not be removed.

It accumulates with PVU which has been entered by our supplier, but which we do not want to have in Onix.

You cannot delete equipment with documentation in Onix Work. This limitation is by purpose. We need to protect the documentation history.

You can set the equipment status to “Scrapped”, “Missing” or “Inactive”. This will remove the equipment from your Active equipment list view.
