We have a case where we would like tu update information in database through a import, where we download the file and upload csv. file after we have adjusted information. How could we do this most efficient?
You cannot update the existing equipment by importing with the .csv file, because the system cannot match your imported items with the existing items. Instead, the imported items will be identified as the new equipment, and you may face the risk of duplicates.
- To update the equipment information, you could select them all at once → choose Edit on the toolbar → update the wanted fields.
