The label NC on Equipment should be clear when the latest inspection said it's OK to use

I check 50-100 and maybe 150 equipment in one day. I already spend too much time on “paperwork”. I do not need all sorts of extra features. When a lifting equipment has been given a new part, it must be noted, in the inspection, and the equipment can be approved.

When I approve a lifting equipment that was NC last year, it must be as approved!

We decided not to move forward with it. We want to ensure accurate issue tracking as manually created issues may not be the same as what was reported in an inspection.
