Stay informed of the data restoration schedule from Production to Sandbox environment.
The data from Production environment will be backed up and restored to Sandbox server every 2 months. After each restoration, all changes made in Sandbox will be replaced with the new data from Production.
During a restoration, your live data on the Production environment will remain unaffected. If you are actively using the Sandbox environment on the scheduled dates, please save your work and take note of any important information you may need.
How to find the restoration schedule?
- Find it in the latest post of Sandbox Environment.
- The closest restoration date is updated in Onix Work’s service message.
However, this schedule is not fixed permanently. We will update the posts in Sandbox Environment continuously in case of objective changes.
