After setting Favourite locations in Onix Worker, in the Equipment tab I can select a view “My favorite locations” but when I go to the Issues tab, there is no option to set a view based on my favorite locations. How can a user see issues only at the locations they are interested in? Surely there should be an option to see issues at “my favorite locations”?
@richard.stannard we don’t have a standard issue view for “Favorite locations” yet. Is such view widely used in your company?
@phuong.duong we have a lot of Onix Worker users who only cover a few sites. Therefore, it makes sense for them to set the default views in the app so they only see the equipment at their locations and the issues at their locations. For Equipment its not a problem, simply set favorite locations and the “my favorite locations” view, but its not possible to do the same for issues.
