We are currently experiencing an issue with viewing an equipment’s documents as Guest Access mode via mobile devices. Below are the details:
Issue summary
- First, you scan an equipment’s QR code to view it as Guest Access in the web browser.
- Then, you open the equipment and its documents.
- At this step, the document list takes an unusual long time to finish loading; while loading, the list shows “No hits” message.
Current status
- We are actively investigating the cause of this issue. No official cause or solution is defined yet.
- Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this time. In case of urgent needs, you may try switching to a stronger Internet network, or try accessing the documents via PCs instead of mobile devices. Note that the effectiveness of these methods may vary with different users.
