Onix Inspect - Download customer data unsucessfully

We’ve been reported that several customer downloads in Onix Inspect are unsuccesful. A download would get stuck in the Preparing step at 80%, and then return this message:

“Download unsuccessful.
The data could not be downloaded at this time. Reason: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.”

Our team is actively investigating the cause of this issue. Currently, we don’t have a workaround or confirmed solution, but rest assured we’re working on it.

This issue has been resolved on 6.9.2024. Onix Inspect users should be able to download customer data without any disruption.
