Is there a possibility for our inspector to send an internal note to the head office before closing the inspection?

During all our inspections, we need the inspector to send a message, an internal note to head office / administration about the job. It may be equipment that has been used, etc.

This information is not of any interest to our customers report and has nothing to do with the products or equipment.

If the possibility does not exist, our inspector will have to perform another action, then send an e-mail on every job they do. This means that the job is not finished when he leaves the location and without this option the result is both resource-intensive for the business and demotivating for the controller.
