Thank you for your feedback Johnny and for the dialogue we had on teams related to your input.
The placementof the serial no. will be as suggested in the example. Equipment owner’s ID will have the highest priority and show in the first position if available as in the other reports we have. If no Equipment owner’s ID is registered on the equipment this field will not show up in the report and serial no will be in no. 1 position as you suggest.
Related to the change of color suggestion we will keep that in mind and discuss internally. In general we plan a redesign of the reports to make them look more modern in later release and this will also affect the new preventive maintenance report.

This looks good and will solve some challenges that we currently face. I would support Randi’s position that the Owner ID occupies the first priority, with the serial no. second, unless there is no registered Owner ID. I am curious to know how the report would look if the item had sub-items attached to it?

In case you have main and sub equipment, the Service Report will show 1 section for the main equipment and subsequent sections for the sub equipment. These sections for the equipment details are placed above the Remarks section.
This is a quick preview of the Service Report in case you have a main equipment with 2 sub equipment:

- The section in purple is for the main equipment.
- The sections in red are for the 2 sub equipment.
- In reality, only fields with values are listed.
