Easily generate reports on multiple inspections with the Job report, Year report and Export to Excel features.
1. Export job list to Excel file
Here’s how:
- Select the desired jobs. MAXIMUM 1000 jobs can be selected.
- On your toolbar, select Report → Export to Excel.
- A loading icon will appear, indicating that Onix Work is processing your data.
- Once done, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
2. Job report
Get a comprehensive overview of jobs, issues and assign repair responsibilities with the Job report. This feature can be found within the Jobs module’s Report function.
Filter for included jobs
- Set up the general filters:
Field | Explanation |
---|---|
Customer and Location | Include jobs done on the equipment owned by a specific company and its location. The Location field is optional. |
Order no. and Cust. order no | Include jobs that have a specific order number and customer order number. Both fields are optional. |
Period and Done by | Include jobs done within a specific time range and by specific users. |
Job included | Filed jobs: When this option is checked, jobs with Filed status and jobs that are being filed will be included in the job report. Open jobs: When this option is checked, jobs with Open and Open from Onix Inspect statuses will be included in the job report. |
- Set up the job filters for Mandatory inspection jobs:

Form included | Include jobs using certain forms in the job report. |
Only the latest filed job within the period |
When this option is selected, only 1 most recent job of each equipment is included. In the final report, each equipment will have 1 job listed. In other words, it considers the latest job date on an equipment and disregards the total number of jobs done within the time period. |
The latest filed jobs of every form included | When this option is selected, the most recent jobs per selected form are included. In the final report, each equipment might have multiple jobs listed. In other words, it considers the latest job date on each form. |
- Set up the Included option for Preventive maintenance. When this option is checked, jobs of this class will be included in the job report.
Review and send the job report
During the review, you will be walked through the job report’s sections. Depending on the previous filters, the Mandatory inspection and Preventive maintenance sections will be included. Meanwhile, for these sections, you can choose to include or exclude them in the final document: Quick inspection, Inspection details, Issues and Sign job report.
At the final step, you will arrive at the Summary section. Once all included jobs are confirmed, you should select recipients of the job report from the contact list. When you click on Finish, the job report will be sent to their mailboxes.
3. Year report
The year report contains insights into equipment inspected per category within the selected time range. The data is categorized into initial inspection, periodic control and extraordinary control.
Here’s how:
- On your toolbar, select Report → Year report.
- Set up the data that you want to include in the report: Reporting period, number of complaints, usage of liability insurance, course/training of competences if any → OK.
- A preview of the year report will be generated immediately → You can download or print it at will.
