[FAQ] Change the email address or other information of an Onix Work user account

To change the email address or any information of a user account in Onix Work, you MUST be the company’s administrator.

Note: the following instructions can be applied to edit other fields, such as transfer license, change user’s name or update phone number.

Here’s how:

  • Go to the Settings module in Onix Work → Select Users & Roles
  • Find and select the wanted account → Change the account status to Contact onlySave → The email field will become editable
  • Open the account again → Update information → Change the account status back to ActiveSave .
