Update EKH logo
The EKH logo in the EKH Certificate and EKH Examination Report will be updated to this one:

When selected as one of the certifying organizations for Product Certificate (M) form, Aquastructures AS now has its logo properly positioned in the final document. This adjustment ensures better alignment and a professional appearance. See a sample Product Certificate which contains the Aquastructures AS logo below.

3. Onix Work

Job report - New features and document design :fire:

Enhance your inspection monitoring with the latest Job report within Jobs module:

  • New document design: The document layout and styling are redesigned for improved readability.
  • Expanded job class: The Job report now includes preventive maintenance jobs, giving you and your customers a complete view of all equipment checks.
  • Form-based filters: You can filter the included mandatory inspections more precisely based on their job forms.
  • Clear information display: Equipment details with job statuses are clearly listed to offer you a quick preview before the Job report is finalized.

Take a quick look at the preview below:

Automatically process orders based on workflow stage

You can initiate the processing of order lines based on their stage outside of Onix Work, reducing manual effort in order handling. For orders handled in Onix Pick and Pack, simply set an order line to a designated stage and it will be processed automatically. For orders handled through integration with Open API, updating the order line to the designated stage will also initiate automatic processing.

Important notes: To start using this new feature, your company must

  • Subscribe to an additional license named “Order Auto Processing add-on”; and
  • Set up the order lines’ workflow from Onix Work – Settings.

:point_right: Read more.

Orders - Continue working on orders while an order line is being processed

When an order line is being processed, it becomes read-only while other lines and orders remain editable. In other words, order processing no longer blocks the entire site. You will also see the estimated completion time of the processing action. This allows you to continue working without disruption and prevents any accidental changes.

Preview NDT Report document when designing an NDT variant

In Onix Work – Settings, at the design stage of an NDT variant, press the new Preview button to take a glance at the final document. This enhancement helps you see how the document will appear before finalizing the design.

Expand Comment field for long inputs

To enter or view long comments more easily, click the Expand button to enlarge the Comment field. This enhancement applies to comments on equipment, jobs, products, and order lines.

Filter for due date with job interval descriptions

In the Equipment module, you can find equipment based on detailed inspection plans using the Due date criteria. This filter allows you to specify the job interval description beside the job class and time range.

Customize display fields with specific job interval descriptions in equipment list view

To manage inspection schedules in your equipment list, add new display fields with specific purposes and due date/due status. In the table layout, you can customize a new column for “Mandatory 12 months due date – NDT - Non Destructive Testing”. Similarly, in the split layout, an additional line in the equipment tile can be customized to your preference.

Note that the customization of display fields is applicable to your own view; display fields in standard views are not editable.

4. Onix Worker

Quickly apply sample texts when commenting on checklists

While completing a job’s checklist, you can now comment on a checkpoint within several taps by inserting sample texts. The sample texts are defined during the checklist design in Onix Work. Using the sample texts ensures that your inputs are standardized, accurate, and efficient.

View your company’s instructions while completing jobs

You can now access your company instructions for equipment control to accurately complete preventive maintenance and operator jobs. These instructions can be found in the job details. Depending on the settings, instructions are available for all equipment across the entire company, or for equipment in a specific location.

Filter for due date with job interval descriptions

Customize display fields with specific job interval descriptions in equipment list view

To closely manage inspection schedule, select an equipment view with custom display fields that show specific check purposes and due dates/due status. For example, each equipment tile might display an additional line for “Mandatory 12 months due status – NDT - Non Destructive Testing” on each item.

However, note that display fields can only be customized in Onix Work. These custom equipment views are then available in Onix Worker as shared views, and their display fields cannot be edited from the mobile application.
